Locking and Deletion of Data
We adhere to the principles of data avoidance and minimisation. We therefore store your personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to comply with any applicable legal or ethical reporting or document retention requirements, or as specified by the different retention periods determined by law. After achievement of the respective purpose or expiration of these deadlines, the corresponding data will be routinely locked or deleted in accordance with the statutory provisions. Your Rights on Information, Rectification, Locking, Deletion, and Opposition At any time you have the right to request information regarding your personal data saved by us. Likewise, you have the right to rectification, locking or - apart from the prescribed data storage for the execution of transactions - deletion of your personal data. To this aim, please contact the data protection officer whose details can be found at the end of this policy statement. In order for a request for data locking to be taken into account at all times, these data must be stored in a lock file for control purposes. You can also request the deletion of the data, as long as there is no legal archiving obligation. As far as such an obligation exists, we will lock your data on request. At any time you can make changes or revoke your consent by notifying us with future effect. Data Transmission Your personal data will only be transmitted to government organizations and authorities in legally required cases and/or for prosecution in the event of attacks on our network infrastructure. Your personal data are not provided to third parties for any other purpose. Changes to our Privacy Policy We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy statement to meet the latest legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the privacy policy, e.g. for the introduction of new services. Your new visit will then be subject to the new privacy policy.
